Bone Soup and Nightmare Cupcakes (again)

I got a request for the Nightmare Cupcakes I made last Halloween, so I made more. I also made Bone Soup....because I love making bones!! Actually, I love marrow bones, roasted. If you ever see them on a menu in a restaurant, ORDER THEM!!!!

  1. Unfortunately in Italy Halloween is not celebrated, as in America, these your works are really fun.
In Italy the roasted marrow bones are a very tasty dish, called "Ossi Buchi"

  3. The bone soup looks tasty - I'm seriously tempted, and I'm mostly vegetarian :)

We don't really do Halloween here in New Zealand either, but it's a fun event to watch in the miniworld - especially your inventions, Kiva!

  11. i'd eat that! yum! good to hear things are moving along :D :D :D

here, we have an indian dish called "soup tulang", literally translates into "soup bone". it's coloured red with food colouring, and we dip french loaves into the sauce. the mutton bones have little meat on them, the awesome bits are the MARROW!!! there's a technique to dislodging the marrow by tapping it onto the plate, needless to say majority of the stalls serve the dish on paper plates :P :P super spicy hot and you oughta try it when you visit Singapore!!! you -are- coming down, arencha???? :P :P :P

  14. I was just going to tell you about sup tulang :) but looks like Cindy beat me to it. Hehe, tulang also has a rude connotation in Hokkien, but it essentially means fed up. When you are here, you will be taught all the colourful words , Kiva. Please learn how to eat spicy stuff because the best sup tulang is spicy :). The best food here is and I hope you like red food :).

Meeting Cindy and Asuka this afternoon for some clay shopping. I think I will try to persuade them to have a tulang meal afterwards :).

  15. Great minds think alike, you and Cindy!! Man, you chicks sure know how to eat ;-). Susan, I LOVE spicy, are you kidding me?? And damn, I'm envious!! I want to go clay shopping and eat sup tulang too....aaaargh!!!

The finale of Top Chef had the three finalists fly to Singapore. They showed them hitting up the street market and I died. I thought of you guys :-D!!
